Title: Construction Manager
Multiple location: Perrysburg, OH. Tiffin, OH. Dublin, OH. Roanoke, VA. Charlotte, NC. Rockwell, TX.
Requirements and Qualifications
· 5+ years of industry heavy civil/site work construction project management experience; (Roadway, DOT, Highway, Concrete Structures, Excavation, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Design & Build Projects).
· Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent field experience in Civil Construction.
· Preferred previous NCDOT and/or SCODT and local municipality contracting experience as a Project Manager who has been responsible for Profit and Loss on their assigned contracts; has contract buyout experience, Critical Path Method scheduling experience, and Change Order/Claim process experience.
· Is proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid & Heavy Job, AGTEK, as well as MS Excel and Bluebeam/Plan Swift.
· Must be a self-starter with collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to think outside the box.
· While the goal of this PM role is to manage work within the assigned region, you must be able and willing to travel, as needed, to further grow the Kwest Group market-base in the U.S. for the betterment of the organization.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
· Train, educate and assist field representatives on the construction sites.
· Strong analytical thought process with sound judgement and attention to detail while maintaining the ability prioritize and expedite when necessary.
· Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
· Must have, or the ability and background to attain, a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card issued by the TSA.
