About the Position
A well-established nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northern California is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its outpatient primary care team.
The organization has served Shasta County and surrounding Northern California communities for more than 35 years and provides comprehensive, community-based healthcare with a strong focus on improving access for medically underserved populations. The health system serves nearly 40,000 patients annually and employs more than 100 healthcare providers across multiple locations.

This opportunity is with a large, independent nonprofit community health organization based in the Redding area. As an FQHC, the organization is dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality primary and preventive healthcare to underserved communities throughout the region. It has an extensive network of clinical services and locations throughout Shasta County, including a clinic serving the Shasta Lake community.
Providers have the opportunity to practice in a collaborative setting with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health professionals, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
