To support a growing demand for vendor risk management solutions, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will lead customer discovery and technical engagement, translating complex risk challenges into compelling value propositions while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities Lead customer discovery and technical engagement, aligning platform capabilities to business, risk, and operational outcomes Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations that reflect customer priorities and executive-level decision criteria Influence deal strategy by partnering with Sales to support complex evaluations and technical objections Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Presales professional in cybersecurity Strong ability to lead discovery with senior technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into solution strategies Experience in positioning technical platforms in terms of business value, risk reduction, and operational efficiency Demonstrated success in designing and delivering executive-level product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
